Phase One Program
Together with our Multi-national Telco Partner, Broadgate’s Framework
responsibility as the Strategic Development Partner, will require us to
deliver, Pan Africa:
• Data Centres
• Head Offices
• Retail Stores
• Telecoms Masts
• Training Facilities
• Other Telecoms infrastructure
Extending to Europe, our second phase will include three new Data Centres
to be interlinked and located in Gibraltar, Spain and Nigeria.
Site Area – 1 hectare (approx.) DC – 2,000 m2 (ave.)
Admin Building -1,500 m2 (ave.)
Our current Telecoms Phase One program now extends to $400m TDC.
The Broadgate management team is acting in the role Lead Masterplanning
Developer, Development Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Controller,
Leasing and Lead Tenant Coordination Manager in delivering this unique and
highly efficient Data Centre scheme design. Broadgate will also undertake the
Facility and Asset management for these schemes.
