The Broadgate Management team has an outstanding track record in having
delivered in excess of 2,000 acres of Master planned, serviced Land and two
million square meters of new Property Development in the International
marketplace. Utilizing international Design and construction Standards,
Broadgate ensures to deliver institutional quality development investments
meriting good long term income growth.
With the benefit of our extensive project experience and expertise, we are
also able to identify and manage long term risk and deliver strong returns to
our Clients.
