This unique and bespoke designed Telecoms, Production & Servicing Centre
is the first of its kind to be located within the Lagos International Airport FTZ
Status Area, this 100% Pre-Leased scheme will act as an operational Hub for
West Africa.

The Broadgate management team is acting in the role as Lead Masterplanning
Developer, Development Manager; Project Manager, Project Finance Controller,
Leasing and Lead Tenant Coordination Manager.
