facilities with Aviation Logistics and Airline Operators, Broadgate has entered into strategic partnership with multi national Aviation logistics group.
The Logistic Park Lagos Project, a new Aviation orientated Logistics and Office Park adjacent to MMI, Lagos International Airport will have the benefit of Free Trade Zone status, in respect to which there is strong interest from
potential occupiers.
Project Size: Site Area of 14 Hectares.
The Broadgate management team is acting in the role as Lead Masterplanning
Developer, Development Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Controller,
Leasing and Lead Tenant Coordination Manager in delivering this unique
and efficient Aviation Cargo Logistic park scheme design. Broadgate will also
undertake the Facility and Asset management for these schemes.
