Following in-depth market analysis and studies, Broadgate has determined
there is a market opportunity to deliver – Food Anchored, Community Malls via a rapid rollout program. Hence, we target to roll out with our partners, high quality,
small yet efficient format schemes of circa 8,000 m2 GLA with a good quality
Net to Gross ratio and Car parking facilities.
The success of such a Program will be enhanced through Strategic Partnerships with Professional Consultants, Suppliers, Construction Contractor and Retail Brands.
Such a model, spans across a wider demographic profile, thus greater opportunity to roll out in majority of markets. The scheme achieves a more rapid delivery of critical mass, number of Food stores across a Region, thus supporting a more efficient Logistics network to the Food store Operator.
Through Market Analysis and an agreed Business strategy, the Strategic
Partnership shall focus on a planned and efficient delivery program, for a large
number of Food stores. Via a “Smart Build” Design, there is the opportunity to
deliver these Malls, faster and at a lower cost with greater certainty.
The Broadgate management team is acting in the role as Lead Masterplanning
Developer, Development Manager, Project Manager, Project Finance Controller,
Leasing and Lead Tenant Coordination Manager in delivering this unique efficient community super center scheme design. Broadgate will also undertake the
Facility and Asset management for these projects.
